EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
We want you to love your items as much as we do, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out.
Joss + J offers an EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY. If you purchase an item that you wish to exchange, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to | process a return | at the bottom of our website or simply take it back to one of our locations. You must have your order number and your e-mail address to process the exchange. We will provide you with an address to ship the item back, and once your item is received, we will accept or deny your exchange. Our system will then issue you a gift card to the same e-mail address on file. If your item is not in excellent brand-new condition, we will not accept the exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us at customerservice@jossandj.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We work extremely hard on getting orders out quickly. If you wish to cancel your order please give one of our store locations a call or text as soon as possible. You can also send us an email to customerservice@jossandj.com. If your order has already been processed we unfortunately will be unable to cancel.

I had a gown we used for newborn pictures, and just kept putting my daughter in it . I told my husband that the material was my favorite and so was the gown. When I saw you guys had matching family jammies in the material I love, we just had to order, and I’m so glad we did !! This material is super soft, and comfy. My older daughter is obsessed , and when my husband gets home I know he will be obsessed as well. If you ever made adult jammies in any other season I’d buy a pair of each ! Seriously thinking about buying another print of Christmas ones for myself.
