If you purchase an item that you wish to exchange, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to | process a return | at the bottom of our website or simply take it back to one of our locations. You must have your order number and your e-mail address to process the exchange. We will provide you with an address to ship the item back, and once your item is received, we will accept or deny your exchange. Our system will then issue you a gift card to the same e-mail address on file. If your item is not in excellent brand-new condition, we will not accept the exchange. CANCELLATION POLICY

We work extremely hard on getting orders out quickly. If you wish to cancel your order please give one of our store locations a call or text as soon as possible.
