EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
We want you to love your items as much as we do, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out.
Joss + J offers an EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY. If you purchase an item that you wish to exchange, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to | process a return | at the bottom of our website or simply take it back to one of our locations. You must have your order number and your e-mail address to process the exchange. We will provide you with an address to ship the item back, and once your item is received, we will accept or deny your exchange. Our system will then issue you a gift card to the same e-mail address on file. If your item is not in excellent brand-new condition, we will not accept the exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
We work extremely hard on getting orders out quickly. If you wish to cancel your order please give one of our store locations a call or text as soon as possible. You can also send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been processed we unfortunately will be unable to cancel.

priority shipping orders are shipped 1-3 business days after the date of purchase and will arrive 2-3 business days after it is shipped.
international shipping orders are shipped 3-5 business days after the date of purchase and will arrive 10-21 business days after it is shipped.
