first class shipping orders are shipped 2-4 business days after the date of purchase and will arrive 2-4 business days after it is shipped.

priority shipping orders are shipped 1-2 business days after the date of purchase and will arrive 2-3 business days after it is shipped. 

international shipping orders are shipped 2-4 business days after the date of purchase and will arrive 10-21 business days after it is shipped.

you will receive an email confirmation as soon as you place your order - if you did not receive one please send an email to hello@jossandj.com and we will update your email address on file. 

we will email you a tracking number when your package is shipped and you can stay up to date on your delivery through that number. 

| EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY |

we offer an exchange only policy. we do not accept any returns. if you purchase an item that you are not able to use - you have 30 days from the date of purchase to let us know.

we will provide you with an address to ship the item back to. once your item is received, you will receive an email with a gift card to the shop. you can also bring your item in to one of our locations and easily exchange it in store. your item must be unworn | unwashed | original tags and packing intact | no stains-tears-hair-etc. |

if your item is flawed - we will return or exchange your item on us.
